IOSH Managing Safely

This course is a one day review of the food safety hygiene (HACCP) Programme. It is intended for those who have any responsibility for managing food safety or those who prepare food or are involved in the storage or handling of food. It entails a recap of HACCP principles and food hygiene awareness. Auditing of the relevant workplace is also carried out.
