This course refreshes recently trained employees in the theory and safe use of a motorized pallet truck (MPT).

On completion of the course participants will be able to:

• Use electric pallet trucks without danger to people and property

• List the steps to take to ensure effective maintenance

• Brief summary of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005
•  Explanations of principle behind Pallet Truck
• How to deal with pallet loads
•  Overloading
• Battery care and general maintenance
• Practical exercise and assessment of skills

This course is based on classroom methods and practical lessons with Pallet Trucks
